NEIT is not only the oldest customized training program in the United States, it's also the national pacesetter. Offered through North Carolina’s 58 community colleges, NEIT has been ranked the nation’s number one worker training program for two years running.

NEIT’s pre-employment programs are designed to facilitate your company's selection of a highly skilled workforce, and assist in the planning for your training program.

Through their partnerships with the North Carolina Employment Security Commission and the One-Stop Career Centers, your company will have access to a free, quality source of recruitment and screening, thus providing you with an initial employment pool for selection.

Qualified Instruction and Training

The strength and flexibility of NEIT’s instructional services is the key to their program. NEIT is continuously striving to improve their instructional resources, whether that is through ongoing development of expert instructors, development of new programs and capabilities, or their state partnerships with industry leading programs.
